Best service on Maui! Mahalo Nicole! I took my Aunty Cheryl here after Honda gave her a $3500 quote to fix her AC. I brought her car to Kihei Auto Sales Service to have them give her a quote. They called her an hour later with their quote. $275 out the door. The found the problem and fixed it. No huge quote, just quality customer service and the job done! Kihei Auto Sales Service has the best customer service hands down! Mahalo for being honest and taking care of an “old Cripple lady”!!

These guys are awesome. In the past I have been an automotive technician, and I respect that this place doesn't try and oversell me or something worse. The prices are reasonable, and I trust them when they tell me what is wrong. I have been there a number of times and every time it's been a great experience.. Remember, don't get fooled by the cheapest price. Use these guys whenever you can. They can work on hybrids and other vehicles that most places can't. This is one of those places that don't need to try and hoodwink the customer because they are so good that customers keep going back! They definitely stay busy! This is like one of those hole in the wall restaurants that serve fantastic food. The parking sucks but the experience is awesome.

My 2017 Nissan Titan Crew Cab recently started acting up, with rough shifting and delayed gear changes. It was clear something was wrong with the transmission, so I took it to Kihei Auto Sales Service based of my purchase of the Nissan from Kihei Auto Sales and the Warranty Package that I also purchased on the advice of Byron Aloy at Kihei Auto Sales. Glenn listened patiently as I described the problems, and without any condescension (which I've experienced at other shops!), he explained that it sounded like the valve body assembly might be the culprit. He assured me their technicians were top-notch and could handle the complex repair. Now, I'm not a mechanic, so I was a bit apprehensive about such a major repair. But Glenn put me at ease. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and provided a detailed estimate upfront. No hidden fees or surprises, which I really appreciated. The technicians at Kihei Auto Sales were indeed amazing! They diagnosed the issue quickly, confirming the valve body assembly needed replacement. They sourced the part promptly and kept me informed throughout the process. When I picked up my truck, it felt like new! The transmission
